Dr Niaz Ali awarded project by HEC worth Rs16.67 Million

In a landmark achievement, Dr. Niaz Ali, who is currently working as associate Professor Pharmacology at Institute of Basic Medical sciences, Khyber Medical University, Peshawar,has been awarded research project by the HEC Islamabad under National Research Program for Universities.

Earlier, He was awarded a resaerch grant worth Rs. 6.0 million by the HEC in same head. Soon its PC-4 will be submitted to the HEC, Islamabad.
His current project is related to plasma therapeutic drug monitoring for epileptics with corelation in their genetic profiling. He is already working on a project awarded by the Directorate of Scienece and Technology, Peshawar in epileptics on different aspects.

His future intents are for bringing system for new drug development in Pakistan along with to bring Pharmacy Education with health Department.
He was conferred best university teacher award by the HEC in the year 2013.
He dedicated his success to his teachers and parents.
