Establishment of Research cells at public sector medical colleges of KP

Vice Chancellor Khyber Medical University Prof. Dr. Zia ul Haq, in a meeting with the Deans of Public Sector Medical Colleges, emphasized the establishment of Research Cells at all public sector medical colleges of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Addressing the occasion, VC KMU ensured full support from the University for the Dedicated Research Cells and discussed the potential of research collaboration between faculty of medical colleges and the University. The Director ORIC KMU, Dr. Zohaib Khan, informed the members that ORIC KMU will provide not only full support for inculcating research culture at the medical colleges but will also provide technical and financial assistance for the faculty of the institute. The deans welcomed the suggestion and agreed to establish the research cells on fast track basis with dedicated staff members and will seek support from the ORIC-KMU whenever required.
