Department of Haematology Symposium on “Complete blood counts, its principles, clinical interpretation and recent advances

A symposium and workshop was arranged on 19th September 2019, by Department for Haematology on Complete blood counts. Complete blood counts is an important and preliminary diagnostic test in field of Medicine and Haematology. Renowned speakers, Dr. Fazal-i-Raziq, Dr. Shahtaj Khan, Dr. Yasar Yousafzai and foreign delegate Mr. Kevin Li delivered talks covering different aspects of Complete blood counts and recent advances. Symposium was followed by a hands-on workshop on the interpretation complete blood counts reports of different Haematological cases. The participants were given certificates of participation at end of workshop. One of Participants quoted that “we have learned quite technical points regarding a rather simple diagnostic test as complete blood counts”
