One Day Management Training Organized by PHRL

One -day management training was organized for the office and technical staff of KMU-Public Health Reference Lab (PHRL) in collaboration with National Institute of Management. The objectives of the training were to discuss time management, stress management, conflict resolution and communication skills.

The workshop facilitator Mr Zubain Ahmed Khan (Deputy Director, PARD and PPSA) briefed participants on maintaining a cordial yet disciplined work environment, importance of work-life balance and managing various scenarios in office work.

The vice chancellor KMU, Prof Dr Zia ul Haq while speaking to the participants said that continuing professional development is the need of hour. He distributed certificates among the participants and shield to the facilitator.
