Video Conference Session on Institutional Performance Evaluation Standards on July 10,2013 among Pakistani QECs by KMU

Video Conference Sessions are conducted on monthly basis by QEC of Khyber Medical University with the facilitation of Video Conferencing Section of Higher Education Comission and this being the third of the series and was held on July 10, 2013. The topic of the session was Institutional Performance Evaluation Standards (IPES). More than 30 Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) from Public and Private sector Universities participated. Staff QEC KMU and others from KMU establishment and constituent institutes logged in from HEC Regional Center Peshawar. Air Commodore ® Muhammad Ismail from NUST Islamabad was the Resource Person for the session.

It was an important session as Quality Assurance Agency has initiated Evaluation of Higher Education Institutes on (HEIs) on the basis of their performance assessed of 11 Standards. The Standards were thoroughly explained by the speaker, preparing the participants to get themselves ready prior to the visits to their respective universities. At the end efforts of organizers and Team of Video Conference section HEC was appreciated by the guest speaker for holding such an impact oriented activities.
