Khyber Medical University, Peshawar, is committed to providing a safe working environment for the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) community that is free of harassment, abuse, and intimidation with a view toward fulfillment of their right to work with dignity. Harassment is one of the biggest hurdles faced by both genders, preventing many who want to work to get themselves and their families out of poverty. 

In line with the "Protection against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010 (Amendment, 2022) " and “The Higher Education Commission Policy on Protection Against Sexual Harassment in Higher Education Institutions 2020”.  

Khyber Medical University, Peshawar, has constituted a Harassment Complaint Cell as listed below.
