OR

Masters or equivalent degree/ACCA (16 years education) in the field of Finance/Accounting/ Commerce duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan with 15 years in Finance/ Accounting/ Financial management in an HEC recognized public sector university / degree awarding institute or a public sector organization in BPS-17 or equivalent and above.

OR

Charted Accountant (CA) from relevant regulatory body with 05 years experience in Finance / Accounting / Financial management in an HEC recognized public sector university / degree awarding institute or a public sector organization in BPS-17 or equivalent and above. Only post qualification experience shall be considered for eligibility.
