• Assess, quantify and mitigate risks.
• Discuss a Crisis Portfolio and prepare for a broad set of crisis and detect the early warning signals that precede all crises.

• Establish and run medical education department, perform situation analysis, identify key educational issues and suggest effective solution at the institutional level;
